Here is what’s on the menu for the week of September 29, 2013.

Breakfasts

Juices: Pick 5 

Bright Eyes – carrot, clementine, and ginger

Super Alkaline – celery, cucumber, apple, lemon and ginger

Clean Sweep – celery, carrots, green grapes, parsley, ginger and apple

Broccoli Booster – broccoli, apples, green grapes and lemon

Fennel Fusion – red cabbage, fennel bulb, apples and lemon

Ginger Pear Smoothie

Banana, Almond Milk, Almond Butter and Flax Seed Smoothie

Hum Zinger Smoothie – pineapple, mango, papaya and dandelion greens

Cherry Berry Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie – blueberries, cherries and red grapes.

 

Add:

Coconut Granola 2 servings

Veggie Gluten Free Quiche

Gluten free blueberry coffee cake

Chia pudding with fruit – 2 servings

Gluten-free pumpkin walnut muffins

Gluten and Dairy-Free Breakfast muffins – filled with veggies, fruit and nuts

 

Dinner

Choose 5 

 

*Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free Cabbage Mushroom Lasagna – cabbage, potatoes and mushrooms in a white wine, almond milk cream sauce topped with sesame seed faux parmesan, House Salad with herb vinaigrette.

 

*Salmon Salad over baby greens with herbs – cider vinegar dressing, GF muesli bread.

 

*Grilled Marinated Flank Steak, Mashed Root Veggies and Sautéed Green Beans and Mushrooms (sub in marinated white fish if desired)

 

*African Ground Nut Stew – savory stew filled with sweet potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes and okra served over a bed of brown rice, Chick Pea, Red Pepper and Arugula Salad with balsamic mustard dressing.

 

*Sweet Potato Encrusted Baked Whitefish, Arugula Salad with Roasted Beets, Squash and Shallots with Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Roasted Broccoli.

 

*Indian Stuffed Twice Baked Sweet Potato

Sautéed Swiss Chard with Raisins and Almonds.

 

Additions:

 

Pizza – 8 large slices – organic – not gluten and dairy free 

 

*Bar-b-que Chicken Pizza

 

* Greek Pizza – kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, feta cheese
